Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HeyBookMe is a trading name of Ademti Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09426060), with registered offices at The Guild, Abbey Street, Carlisle, CA3 0LU. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean Ademti Software Ltd.

By creating an account or using HeyBookMe you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. The service

HeyBookMe provides online class and appointment booking software for fitness and wellness studios ("the Service"). The Service allows studio operators ("Operators") to manage bookings and allows their clients ("Clients") to make bookings.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to create an Operator account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@heybookme.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a way that could harm other users or the Service.

4. Plans and payment

Pay As You Go (PAYG): The PAYG plan is free to use. A per-booking fee applies; the current rate is displayed in your account dashboard and on our pricing page. Fees are deducted from payments collected on your behalf automatically.

Pro plan: The Pro plan is charged at a flat monthly rate as published on our pricing page. Pro includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers — no credit card is required to start the trial. Billing begins at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
  • transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications;
  • introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

We may remove content or suspend access without notice if we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (class descriptions, images, business information, etc.). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

7. Data protection

We act as a data processor in respect of personal data you collect about your Clients through the Service, and as a data controller in respect of your own account data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing your Clients' personal data via the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The HeyBookMe name, logo, and all software, design, and documentation comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Ademti Software Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trade marks or branding.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and satisfactory quality.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ademti Software Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability or content of those services and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in your account dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
