Common questions
Is PAYG really free?
Yes! Our PAYG plan is free with no credit card required. We don't charge you any subscription fees. Bookings, passes & products on a PAYG account have a £1 minimum, and we deduct a small platform fee per booking. Stay on PAYG as long as you like, only upgrade when you need more bookings, advanced features or cheaper fees - we'll never force you to.
Why would I choose Pro?
Our Pro plan offers more flexibility. It gives you support for class passes, discount codes, and waiting lists making it easy to run special offers & campaigns. Pro also includes fully-customisable emails so your customers see your studio the way you want to be seen, and Waiting Lists so you can maximise bookings. Organisations on the Pro plan don't get charged any per-purchase platform fees.
What are "platform fees"?
The platform fee is a small deduction from each transaction (for PAYG customers only) to cover the cost of running the service. We don't charge platform fees on the Pro plan.
Whichever plan you choose Stripe, your payment processor, will charge a transaction fee per-transaction which is separate from our platform fees.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major debit and credit cards via Stripe. Payments are collected at the point of booking, and funds arrive in your bank account automatically.
Can clients cancel or reschedule their own bookings?
Yes - clients have a self-service area where they can view, reschedule and cancel their own bookings online. You stay in control by setting your own cancellation cut-off period, so last-minute changes don't catch you off guard.
Can I run classes at more than one location?
Yes. You can add as many venues or locations as you need and assign each class to the right space. Locations are displayed clearly on your booking page so clients always know where to go, and you manage everything from a single dashboard.
Is this UK-only?
