Pricing questions
What are "platform fees"?
The platform fee is a small deduction from each transaction (for PAYG customers only) to cover the cost of running the service. It's 1% of the order value, with a minimum of 10p and a maximum of £1 per order - so a £12 class costs you 12p, and you'll never pay more than £1 however big the order. We don't charge platform fees on the Pro plan. See how platform fees work.
Whichever plan you choose Stripe, your payment processor, will charge a transaction fee per-transaction which is separate from our platform fees.
Is PAYG free?
Our PAYG plan doesn't require a credit card, and we don't charge you any subscription fees. Bookings, passes & products on a PAYG account have a £1 minimum price, and we deduct a 1% platform fee per transaction (minimum 10p, maximum £1).
Why would I choose Pro?
Pro adds class passes, recurring memberships and discount codes, making it easy to increase repeat clients and run special offers & campaigns. It also includes fully-customisable emails, manual bookings, private and downloadable products, and up to 3,500 bookings per month. Organisations on the Pro plan don't get charged any per-purchase platform fees.
Do I need a card to start the Pro trial?
No. You can start your 14-day Pro trial without a card. We'll prompt you to add your card details during the trial - if you do, you'll carry on with Pro and be billed when the trial ends. If you don't, your account simply moves to PAYG at the end of the trial and you won't be charged.
Am I locked in to Pro?
No. Pro is a 1-month rolling contract, so you can cancel any time.
