Hosted Booking Page & Embedding

Overview

Every HeyBookMe account comes with a hosted booking page - a clean, branded page at heybookme.app/[your-slug] that you can share directly with clients. Alternatively, if you have an existing website you can also embed everything you need into your own website so clients can browse and book without leaving your site.

Your hosted booking page

Your booking page URL is shown in Settings > Organisation settings > Website. Share it anywhere your clients might look - your Instagram bio, email footer, website, or printed flyers. No setup needed; the page is live the moment you create your first class.

The hosted page includes your business name and logo (once uploaded in organisation settings), and uses your brand colours. From there, users can view your timetable, book classes, view and purchase available passes, access details about their bookings and manage their profile.

Embedding in your own website

If you have your own website, you can embed the widget so clients can book without leaving your site.

Getting the embed code

1. Go to Settings > Organisation settings > Website.
2. Copy the embed code.
3. Ask your web designer to add the code into your website.

Customising the appearance

The booking page and widget use your brand colours and logo from your "Online booking" settings. You can edit these at any time and the settings page will show a preview of your widget so you can check everything works before you save.
