Overview
You can upgrade, downgrade, and manage your billing entirely from within your organisation settings. There are no lock-in contracts - Pro is monthly and you can cancel any time.
Viewing your subscription status
You can view details of your current plan, including the plan name, features, and subscription dates by going to Organisation Settings > Your subscription.
Upgrading to Pro

Go to Organisation settings > Your subscription.

Click "Upgrade now »". Choose the plan to change to, and click on the upgrade button.

Provide payment details. You'll automatically be passed to Stripe, our billing partner, to set up payment for your subscription.

Confirm the upgrade. Pro features are available immediately.
Updating your payment method

Go to Settings > Your subscription.

Cancelling Pro
If you no longer want to continue on a Pro plan, you have two options: downgrading to a PAYG account, or cancelling entirely.
Downgrading to PAYG

Go to Settings > Your subscription.

Click "Downgrade to Pay As You Go".

Confirm the downgrade. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the PAYG plan.
Cancelling

Click "Cancel account".

Confirm the cancellation. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically cancels.
What happens during the free trial
During the 14-day Pro trial you have full access to every Pro feature. Your card is not charged. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged at all and you'll revert to PAYG. If you don't cancel, billing begins automatically when the trial ends.
Common questions
Can I get a refund if I cancel partway through a month?
We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you'll keep Pro access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
There's no pause option at the moment. If you need to take a break, downgrading to PAYG and is the best option - you won't lose any data, and any bookings or customers in your account will still be there when you return.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll retry it automatically over the following days and send you an email notification. If the payment continues to fail after several retries, your account will be downgraded to PAYG until a successful payment is made. You can update your payment method at any time from Settings > Your subscription.
I'm on the Pro trial - when exactly will I be charged?
Your trial starts on the day you signed up. You'll be charged on the same calendar date 14 days later. You can see the exact trial end date in Settings > Your subscription.
