Overview
A pass purchase is a record of a customer buying one of your passes - for example a 10-class pack or a £100 credit pass. From the Pass Purchases screen you can see every active and expired purchase. You can filter by pass, or by customer name or email. Each pass displays the customer details, the pass purchased, the amount paid, the usage and when the pass was purchased.
Click any purchase to open the detail view, which shows a full log of every booking that used the pass.

Common questions
Can a customer see their remaining pass balance?
Yes. When a customer with an active pass logs in to book a class, they'll see their remaining balance. It's also shown in the My passes section of the hosted booking site, or embedded widget. Every time they use a pass for a purchase they'll get an email updating them on their pass balance.
What happens when a pass expires?
The pass is automatically deactivated on the expiry date. Any remaining balance is forfeited. The customer cannot use it to make new bookings.
Can a customer use more than one pass at a time?
Customers can hold multiple active passes, but only one pass can be applied to each individual booking. The customer chooses which pass to use at checkout.
