Overview
Rebooking reminder emails are sent to clients a set number of days after they attend a class, if they haven't already booked another session. They're a gentle, automated nudge that encourages clients to keep coming back without any effort on your part.
Enabling and configuring rebooking reminders

Enable rebooking reminders on your classes. Whether to send rebooking reminders or not is a setting on the class. Find your class under Class Management > Classes and edit it.

Toggle the reminder on.

Set how many days after the class to send the reminder. You can choose from 2 hours, 8 hours, 1 day or 2 days - pick what works best for you.

Choose additional classes. The default rebooking reminder will prompt the customer with upcoming sessions for the same class they attended. You can pick other classes here that you think they might be interested in, and the email will contain upcoming sessions for those as well. It's a great way of focussing your message on relevant classes.

Click "Update class".
How the timing works
The rebooking reminder is triggered from the date of the class session, not the booking. HeyBookMe checks whether the client has any upcoming bookings at the point the email would be sent. If they already have something booked, no email is sent. If they don't, the reminder goes out.
What the email contains
The default rebooking reminder includes a friendly message encouraging the client to book their next class. It also includes details of some upcoming sessions allowing them to jump right in and book as easily as possible. You can choose which classes are included or not using the "Additional classes" setting when setting up the reminders.
Pro plan: Customise the rebooking reminder subject line and body from Organisation settings > Emails > Rebooking reminder > Customise.
Disabling rebooking reminders
Toggle the reminder off at any time from the class settings page.
Common questions
Will a customer get a rebooking reminder if they cancelled their attendance?
Rebooking reminders are triggered when a class session passes. If the customer cancelled their booking before the session, no rebooking reminder is sent.
Can a customer opt out of rebooking reminders?
Customers can unsubscribe from rebooking reminders using the link in the rebooking reminder email.
