Class Categories

Overview

Categories let you organise your classes into groups - for example Yoga, Pilates, HIIT or Barre. Clients can filter your booking page by category to find what they're looking for quickly. Categories also make your timetable easier to manage as you add more classes.

Adding a category

1. Go to Settings > Categories.
2. Click "Add category".
3. Enter a category name. Keep it short and descriptive - this is what clients will see when filtering your timetable.
4. Click "Save". The category is now available to assign to classes.

Assigning classes to categories

You assign a category when creating or editing a class. Open any class from the Classes section and update the Category field. A class can belong to as many categories as you want.

Reordering categories

The order of categories on your booking page matches the order shown in Settings > Categories. To reorder, drag and drop the categories into your preferred sequence. Changes are saved automatically.

Editing a category name

From Settings > Categories, click the edit icon next to the category name. Update the name and click Save. The new name will appear immediately across your booking page and timetable.

Deleting a category

From Settings > Categories, click the delete icon next to a category. Any classes assigned to that category will become uncategorised - they'll still appear on your booking page but won't be grouped. You can reassign them to a different category at any time.
