Overview
The Customer data tab in Organisation settings lets you choose which fields are collected from customers when they sign up or make a booking, and set the order those fields appear in.
Finding the setting

Go to Settings > Organisation settings.

Click the Customer data tab.
Active fields
The Active fields section shows the fields currently being collected. Email and First name are always active and always required - they cannot be removed.
Any additional fields you have added also appear here. Drag them to change the order they appear in on the signup and booking forms, then click Save changes.
Adding a field
The Available fields section lists fields that are not yet active. Click + Add next to any field to move it into your active list. The available fields are:
- Last name
- Phone number
- Address line 1
- Address line 2
- City
- Postcode
Once added, a field moves to the Active fields list. Click Save changes to apply.
Removing a field
To stop collecting a field, click the remove option next to it in the Active fields list and save. The field returns to the Available fields list and will no longer appear on your forms. Existing customer data already collected is not affected.
Tip: Only collect what you genuinely need. Fewer fields means less friction at signup and fewer drop-offs before the first booking.
Common questions
Can I make an added field required?
Email and First name are always required. For other fields, once you've added them you can choose whether or not they are required.
Do changes affect existing customers?
Adding or removing a field changes what appears on the signup and booking forms going forward. It does not alter data already stored against existing customer profiles. If you add a new required field, or make an existing field required then customers will be prompted to add that information next time they book if they do not have it already.
