Your Profile

Overview

Your personal details are the account-level settings for your own login - your name, email address and password. These are separate from your organisation details, which control how your business appears to clients.

Updating your name

  1. Go to Settings > Your profile.
  2. Update the Name field.
  3. Click "Save changes".

Changing your email address

  1. Go to Settings > Your profile.
  2. Change the email address and hit "Save changes".
  3. Check your new inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link. Your email address won't be updated until you've verified it.

Your email address is what you use to log in. Once changed, use your new email at the login screen. If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Changing your password

  1. Go to Settings > Your profile.
  2. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
  3. Click "Update password".

If you've forgotten your current password, you can reset it from the login page using the "Forgot password?" link.

Common questions

I've forgotten my password - how do I reset it?

Go to dash.heybookme.app/login and click Forgot password?. Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
