Overview
The Bookings section gives you a full view of all client bookings across your classes. You can view upcoming and past bookings, cancel reservations, and mark attendance for sessions that have taken place.
Pro plan: Pro customers can also use the tools in this section to manually create bookings for customers on classes.
Viewing bookings
Go to Customer Purchases > Bookings in the main navigation. By default you'll see upcoming bookings. Use the filters to narrow by class, category, or customer.
Clicking any booking opens its detail page showing the booking status, whether they used a pass or discount code, , their check-in status, and how they paid.
Making a manual booking Pro only
If a client contacts you directly or pays in person, you can create a booking on their behalf.

Find the class Go to Class management > Scheduled classes, and find the specific class session that you want to book the customer on and click to view the session.

Click Add booking at the top of the attendee list.Search for or add the customer. Type a name or email. If the customer doesn't exist yet, you can create a new customer record on the spot.Click "Create booking" to finalise the booking for the customer. The client will receive a booking confirmation email.
Cancelling a booking

Open the booking detail page. You can find this either by viewing the customer's page and locating the booking in the list of their bookings, or by viewing the specific Scheduled Class and hitting view next to the booking you're interested in.

Click "Cancel booking".

Confirm the cancellation. The customer will receive a cancellation confirmation email and will be refunded the fees paid for the booking.
Marking attendance
After a session has taken place you can record who actually attended. Open the class session from the Scheduled Classes, scroll down to the list of attendees and toggle each attendee as attended or absent. You can do this in bulk using the checkboxes & dropdown included in the list. This data feeds into your reporting.
Common questions
Can clients manage their own bookings?
Yes. Clients can manage their own bookings themselves on the hosted booking site, or on your site if you've embedded our widget. They can view books, move them, and cancel their own bookings - subject to your cancellation cut-off settings.
